Is there possibility to be a pregnant?

Okey. Shortly, I am a virgin. but water from toilet hit my thing several times while peeing. and my period was late for 2 weeks. and after it came, it was like less than usual. Could it be because im pregnant or because I was starving like 3 months and eating irregulary.. one day starving second eating alot? im afraid because i have strange sighns like my breast hurts, and I think my tummy got bigger. pls someone help. Im only 14 :(and Im in despair.
