Dreaming about lots of snakes?

Okey i had this super vivid dream last night that all these snakes were on my body. At first just one was, and it was my pet snake, and he was really huge and acting really weird. Then another part of the dream i stated growing a penis, and it was like moving a bunch on its own and it was really big, and it was right above my belliy button, and i noticed i didnt have any balls or anything (im a girl btw) and then all of the sudden i realized all these snakes where all over my body fighting with eachother and killing eachother. Then i realized the penis i had grown was really a big snake inside my body pushing out so i started freaking out and didnt know what to do. I want to just cutt it of even though that would kill the snake but i was like in my head i shouldnt cut it off because thats a bad example for transexuals-it was weird. Then so i started yelling for help to my mom to come help get all the snakes off me, and she wouldnt help me at all, and i was covored in blood because they all kept bitting me. I know snake dreams are common and powerful, can anyone interpret what all this mean?
