He cheated on me and now he wants me back...?

Don't waste your time honestly from the first time you should've known he would do it again, "did it once will do it again" and after the second time it'd be a really stupid move of you to take him back, at least for now. Make him wait a while maybe a couple months and if he does love you as much as he says he does he will keep trying until he has you again. But the point is to let him know that he CAN and WILL lose you for real if he keeps it up.
