I just had a terrible nightmare & feel so anxious again?

Sounds like your friend is jealous of you & that you are afraid the same thing might happen with your wife. If you feel uncomfortable around him & don't trust him. Don't hang around him. I had to stop hanging out with my flirty friends when I got married because I was having the same kind of dreams too. Especially after I had been betrayed by one of them.
