I m feeling very bad?

okey,recently i have purchased a scooty. i am not a very experienced, but i tried and collied with a tree. Now there are many scraches made on my scooty(tvs streaks) . will these scraches can be removed in servicing. will they able to remove them.(serious scraches). my father is very angry.
