What does is this guy doing? is he playing me?

okay i met this guy and he was really cute.... he knocked on my dooor (he said my friend told him to but i found out he was lying and he wanted to talk to me) and asked if i could come out side and i said nahhh and he said okayy then i went outside like a couple hours later and i called him cute and he said "so im cute now" then days later i couldnt go outsideeee and i finally went outside and i saw him taking out the thrash i asked him whyd he lie to me and he sai i didnt lie to you and hes smiling and i asked him whyd he knock on my door and he said well um just cuz and i said just tell me why -just too know the basis- then i was walking home and he was two and we both looked back at the same time and he smiled....... what does just to know the basis mean? and do u think he likes me??
