I really need some advice on this! PLEASE HELP!?

Okey so me and my ex dated for about a year. We brokeup because we were barley getting to see eachother, we dont live far away at all.. like 20 min. But our parents started to get busy so we didnt have rides. But we stayed good friends after we brokeup. He told me one night ,like a couple weeks after we brokeup that he still loves me no matter what & i ment the most to him. & hes never loved someone the way he loves me. & theres no one like me. then basically said he wants to date again. But not like that. & i blew the mood!!! By saying i know about him flirting with other gurls(not while we were dating) but we didnt get into an argument & i apologized for bringing that up because he sounded like i hurt his feelings. But ever since that night he hasent brought us up dating again :/ but he ask me to hangout with him ALL THE TIME! & i always say i cant. But we finally hungout last weekend & it was great! We didnt have sex but we madeout a few times. He would always smile at me & give me suprise kisses the whole time i was there! We text that night after i got home and everything seemed perfect ! But since then he hasent text me. He always text me first usually & im starting to wonder. Its been a week. What do you think & what should i do? Please help me!
