I had a really werid and scary dream!!?

Ok so i had a dream i was at this church and my dad which some lady that goes to that church was trying to get me a guitar so like i walked inside the church and sat for a while then its like i saw someone i met two years ago which i havent seen for a while. I wanted to say something but i was too scared so i moved on and walked to my house i was doing this webcam thing with my friend that was which in england now. We was laughing and stuff then suddenly i went to change clothes and i get hit in the head with a pair of jeans and i looked back but nobody was there. then a ghost appeared that looked EXACTLY like me except she was a blonde curley haired version of me except she looked a little older version of me. and i wasnt scared so i just said whyd you do that. and shes like youve been ignoring me lately im like how can i ignore myself..? your a ghost? im myself. and thats when i woke up. i didint watch any scary movies or ate anything before bed. what could this mean? :(
