Freaking out...I'm going to purge :S??!?!?

Okey, I'm freaking out right now..I ate a bunch of cookies and I don't want them inside of me, I want them out right now..I need to get them out pleeeaaseee help im gonna gain so much weight please please what can i do, im seriously THIS close to drinking a bunch of water and purge :S heeeelpp!?!??!
