Being friends with her? Good or bad?

Well, she doesn't sound like such a good person to me. It's possible she could get you in to doing bad things. I honestly wouldn't be friends with her, but if I were you I wouldn't get to close to her because you never know what will happen. So, she read your messages? That's kind of rude! All I'm saying is if you're going to be friends with her be careful, but my answer would probably be bad!
