Why'd he call me "barbie"?

So I was at a party with friends yesturday, and my friends cousin (who is near my age, we were all 15,14,13, or 12) called me a barbie. I said "why'd you call me that" and he said "well its not that your fake but your ditzy and blonde" and i said "im not ditzy at all but why would you randomly call me this? and he said "haha woww nevermind" soo since he didnt answer my question whyd he call me that? My friend said she thinks he likes me, but he JUST met me!
