Should i do PhD? or continue in the industry?

Okey I have Bachelors degree in industrial & manufacturing engineering. worked for 3 years in manufacturing sector specially in the planning side. I didnt enjoyed the environment of the industry due to long working hours, stress and fatigue. so i decided to study further. i did M.Sc in mechancial engineering from Singapore. after that got a job in oil and gas project management. now it is almost 3 years that i am into it. again i m fedup of the hard working style and long working hours. total i have spent 6 years in industry now and i think, industry is not suitable for me. so i think that i should start PhD. atleast after completing PhD, i can have a relatively better job with less working hours and less stress. forgot to mention that in project management, i dont like doing manpower controlling, and talking to the supervisors and other people who are just like ****. so anybody can give me suggestion that choosing PhD will be a good option?
