Scratched with pencill?

in math today my friend kaitlyn and i borrowed pencils from the teacher she sharpened hers n it wasnt that sharp but thenn she scratched me with it and says "tell me if that hurts" and im like kaitlyn whyd u do that n i scratched her back... i didnt see any blood but like i asked my teacher ms fahim if it was lead or graphite n she said she didnt know...ugh! im really parranoid of lead poisoning and ink poisoning so... what should i do?
