My ear feels clogged,and hear high pitch sound,and ringing,after indoor firing for the first time.?

My friend invite me for indoor firing range,its my first time,we bought like 100 bullets for each of us,We arrived at the place chose a gun,he told me to use a earplug which i did,i dont think my earplug is enough or properly worn,coz after we finished my ear feels clogged and cant hear really good,now its been 3 days now,and my ear still feels clogged,hearing some high pitch sound,whenever a child talked to me,i can still hear okey but this is not my 100 percent hearing,It worries me cause this is my first time,and afraid i did a damage in my eardrum,Should i go to a regular doctor atleast to check my eardrum still intact,i did get an appoinment to EENT but its like 1 mos before they can see me,PLEASE................ Help,does anyone knows what to do....
