Is my ex over me or not?

He will randomly call me at the weirdest times. He has been calling me a lot lately this week. He will be like oh im just calling to see how you are, see how your dad is( my dad has a disease) and just ask how I am. Today we were talking and we were arguing and teasing eachother like we usually do and hes like oh its our song. It was one of the millions that we claimed to be ours, then he started singing it and I thought wow I cant believe he remembered that. Then he said he could tell I was upset because he knew me. He will always bring up the past or something to do with the past. He also will bring up other guys I dated saying oh whyd you brake up I thought you loved him or he will just ask about other guys in my life. He does it in a really jealous and mean way too. He will call them names say they are worthless. lol im pretty sure he is just jealous. Do you think this guy is over me or what????? Its confusing because he is in a relationship with someone else so wtf. lol
